A: We are open Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:30. Last appointment is 4:30.

A: Yes, We are open on Saturdays by appointment only.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: We recommend you make an appointment, if you walk in we will do our best to accommodate you but treatment can not be guaranteed.
Q: How long is an appointment?
A: Each Treatment is approximately 1 hour.
Q: Do I need to be referred by a physician?
A: Most Insurance companies require a physician's referral to cover your therapy sessions. However Hawaii is a direct access state. A referral is not needed if you would like to be treated on a cash basis.
Q:What do I bring to my appointment?
A: For first time patients we ask you bring a valid picture I.D. and Insurance card. If you are not the subscriber on insurance card, we will need the subscribers date of birth. If you are coming in with a workers compensation case or auto insurance claim, please bring your claim number and case manager/attorneys contact information. Also, to arrive a few minutes early to fill out new patient registration forms.
